Decline in Combat on Episer XIII

Hostilites on Episer XIII have come to a decline as of 07/02/2015 at 20:50. The conflict has already claimed at least 9 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/02/2015 at 20:48 when battle elements of Gideon and Deveroes engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 4 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
