Decline in Combat on Optcap III

Hostilites on Optcap III have come to a decline as of 06/28/2015 at 11:55. The conflict has already claimed at least 171 lives and seen the loss of 163 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/28/2015 at 11:48 when battle elements of Lightforger engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Optcap III are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 162 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
