Planetary Battle Begins on Optcap III

A large battle began today at 06/28/2015 at 11:48 on Optcap III. Forces of Lightforger engaged contingents belonging to Pirates in a violent clash of explosions and weapons fire.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. The battle, in its early stages, has already claimed 18 lives and has seen 0 military assets left destroyed. The citizens of Optcap III are concerned of the conflict. No reports of civilian casualties have been made, however, at this time it is too early to determine whether the conflict will claim lives of the citizens of Optcap III.
