Death Toll Rises on Menpel VIII

Over 12 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Menpel VIII. Forces of Never and Lightforger have engaged the forces of Pirates in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 06/27/2015 at 00:49 has seen the loss of 0 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 49,565 homes have been destroyed and 352,989 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
