Decline in Combat on Quicma VII

Hostilites on Quicma VII have come to a decline as of 06/25/2015 at 03:45. The conflict has already claimed at least 245 lives and seen the loss of 5 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/25/2015 at 03:47 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
