Decline in Combat on Optcap VI

Hostilites on Optcap VI have come to a decline as of 06/08/2015 at 21:59. The conflict has already claimed at least 195 lives and seen the loss of 187 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/08/2015 at 21:49 when battle elements of Lightforger engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Optcap VI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 186 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
