Decline in Combat on Lucepi IX

Hostilites on Lucepi IX have come to a decline as of 02/14/2015 at 22:50. The conflict has already claimed at least 11 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/14/2015 at 22:52 when battle elements of Blazde engaged the forces of DiebS. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
