Decline in Combat on Lucepi IV

Hostilites on Lucepi IV have come to a decline as of 02/13/2015 at 11:48. The conflict has already claimed at least 445 lives and seen the loss of 5 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/13/2015 at 11:45 when battle elements of Blazde engaged the forces of DiebS. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Lucepi IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 4 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
