Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Topshu(S) have come to a decline as of 02/04/2015 at 01:14. The conflict has already claimed at least 1 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/04/2015 at 01:16 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Kodiak. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
