Decline in Combat on Quicma XI

Hostilites on Quicma XI have come to a decline as of 12/16/2014 at 06:15. The conflict has already claimed at least 16,648 lives and seen the loss of 323 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/16/2014 at 06:02 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
