Decline in Combat on Quicma XII

Hostilites on Quicma XII have come to a decline as of 11/04/2014 at 10:55. The conflict has already claimed at least 247 lives and seen the loss of 7 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/04/2014 at 10:58 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
