Decline in Combat on Perssi IV

Hostilites on Perssi IV have come to a decline as of 10/23/2014 at 14:58. The conflict has already claimed at least 7,527 lives and seen the loss of 297 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/23/2014 at 14:46 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
