Hostilites on Cissse XI have come to a decline as of 03/29/2012 at 23:40. The conflict has already claimed at least 2 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/29/2012 at 23:41 when battle elements of Zenzi engaged the forces of DaBawz. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cissse XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
