Decline in Combat on Neolci II

Hostilites on Neolci II have come to a decline as of 09/20/2014 at 13:01. The conflict has already claimed at least 154 lives and seen the loss of 151 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/20/2014 at 12:50 when battle elements of Clubbers engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci II are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 149 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
