Decline in Combat on Quicma XVI

Hostilites on Quicma XVI have come to a decline as of 09/16/2014 at 23:49. The conflict has already claimed at least 364 lives and seen the loss of 4 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/16/2014 at 23:51 when battle elements of Clubbers engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
