Hostilites in Cissse have come to a decline as of 03/27/2012 at 14:22. The conflict has already claimed at least 625 lives and seen the loss of 5 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/27/2012 at 14:20 when battle elements of Zenzi engaged the forces of Frankzy. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
