Decline in Combat on Lucsce IX

Hostilites on Lucsce IX have come to a decline as of 08/28/2014 at 15:34. The conflict has already claimed at least 8 lives and seen the loss of 8 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/28/2014 at 15:09 when battle elements of Mathrb engaged the forces of DiebS. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Lucsce IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 8 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
