Decline in Combat on Lucsce IX

Hostilites on Lucsce IX have come to a decline as of 08/28/2014 at 13:32. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,724 lives and seen the loss of 124 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/28/2014 at 11:01 when battle elements of Mathrb engaged the forces of DiebS. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Lucsce IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 123 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
