Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Neolci have come to a decline as of 08/21/2014 at 18:00. The conflict has already claimed at least 214 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/21/2014 at 18:01 when battle elements of Raven08 engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

The Galactic Trade Commission has begun taking advantage of the pause in combat to make large progress on clearing the debris left behind from the battles.
