Decline in Combat on Perssi VIII

Hostilites on Perssi VIII have come to a decline as of 08/20/2014 at 06:49. The conflict has already claimed at least 189 lives and seen the loss of 59 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/20/2014 at 06:49 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Havoc and Clubbers. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 44 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
