Hostilites in Ipsi have come to a decline as of 08/13/2014 at 22:47. The conflict has already claimed at least 1 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/13/2014 at 22:49 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Leyo. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
