Battle elements belonging to Lightforger engaged in combat with the forces of Pirates on 08/10/2014 at 17:21. The conflicts were reported to take place sporadically on Menpel II.

Citizens of Menpel II are bracing for the possibility of an extended conflict. So far, both sides are reporting minor losses of 13. The death toll is expected to only increase as this conflict develops.
