Death Toll Rises on Mennke VIII

Over 659 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Mennke VIII. Forces of Leyo and Pirates have engaged the forces of Agatian in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 08/10/2014 at 02:20 has seen the loss of 23 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 178,432 homes have been destroyed and 155,514 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
