Decline in Combat on Optcap XI

Hostilites on Optcap XI have come to a decline as of 08/09/2014 at 06:33. The conflict has already claimed at least 194 lives and seen the loss of 186 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/09/2014 at 06:21 when battle elements of Lightforger engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Optcap XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 185 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
