Planetary Battle Begins on Vitlhe IX

A large battle began today at 08/08/2014 at 15:20 on Vitlhe IX. Forces of Astrogeorge engaged contingents belonging to Pirates in a violent clash of explosions and weapons fire.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. The battle, in its early stages, has already claimed 13 lives and has seen 1 military assets left destroyed. The citizens of Vitlhe IX are concerned of the conflict. No reports of civilian casualties have been made, however, at this time it is too early to determine whether the conflict will claim lives of the citizens of Vitlhe IX.
