Decline in Combat on Perssi VII

Hostilites on Perssi VII have come to a decline as of 08/08/2014 at 10:32. The conflict has already claimed at least 18,653 lives and seen the loss of 408 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/08/2014 at 10:20 when battle elements of Havoc engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi VII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 1 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
