Decline in Combat on Perssi IX

Hostilites on Perssi IX have come to a decline as of 08/08/2014 at 00:30. The conflict has already claimed at least 3,785 lives and seen the loss of 185 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/08/2014 at 00:20 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Valen. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
