Death Toll Rises on Mennke II

Over 2,042 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Mennke II. Forces of Kaliza and Agatian have engaged the forces of Pirates in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 08/07/2014 at 09:19 has seen the loss of 83 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 446,080 homes have been destroyed and 124,716 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
