Death Toll Rises on Ekbu VI

Over 584 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Ekbu VI. Forces of GlidoU have engaged the forces of Pirates in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 08/07/2014 at 04:21 has seen the loss of 22 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 3,011,067 homes have been destroyed and 3,182,666 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
