Death Toll Rises on Perssi IX

Over 19,921 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Perssi IX. Forces of Pirates have engaged the forces of Valen in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 08/04/2014 at 11:20 has seen the loss of 595 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 0 homes have been destroyed and 457,980 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
