Hostilites on Optcap V have come to a decline as of 07/30/2014 at 12:53. The conflict has already claimed at least 1 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/30/2014 at 12:55 when battle elements of Byte engaged the forces of Lightforger. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
