Decline in Combat on Optcap VII

Hostilites on Optcap VII have come to a decline as of 07/21/2014 at 20:42. The conflict has already claimed at least 2,757 lives and seen the loss of 27 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/21/2014 at 20:41 when battle elements of Byte engaged the forces of Lightforger. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Optcap VII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 25 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
