Decline in Combat on Optcap III

Hostilites on Optcap III have come to a decline as of 07/21/2014 at 20:46. The conflict has already claimed at least 2 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/21/2014 at 20:47 when battle elements of Byte engaged the forces of Lightforger. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Optcap III are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
