Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Optcap have come to a decline as of 07/21/2014 at 20:44. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/21/2014 at 20:45 when battle elements of Byte engaged the forces of Lightforger. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

The Galactic Trade Commission has begun taking advantage of the pause in combat to make large progress on clearing the debris left behind from the battles.
