Decline in Combat on Menpel III

Hostilites on Menpel III have come to a decline as of 07/14/2014 at 13:16. The conflict has already claimed at least 12 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/14/2014 at 13:18 when battle elements of Stalker engaged the forces of Lightforger. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Menpel III are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 1 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
