Decline in Combat on Menpel I

Hostilites on Menpel I have come to a decline as of 07/13/2014 at 15:01. The conflict has already claimed at least 50 lives and seen the loss of 50 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/13/2014 at 14:49 when battle elements of Stalker engaged the forces of Lightforger. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Menpel I are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 48 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
