Citizens of Docchu II upset about the Homeless rate

Reporters inside Docchu II are reporting that Homeless rates have driven the population of Docchu II to march in protest of madoc's policies. "This is absolutely ridiculous!" says one disgruntled citizen of Docchu II. "How can madoc expect the people of this planet to go on living with the Homeless rate being as it is? It?s bad policies that lead people like myself to take such drastic actions! madoc needs to pay more attention to the Homeless rate or we all may be forced to take more drastic actions!"
