Decline in Combat on Optcap VI

Hostilites on Optcap VI have come to a decline as of 06/22/2014 at 08:26. The conflict has already claimed at least 9,437 lives and seen the loss of 146 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/22/2014 at 08:25 when battle elements of Raven08 and Byte engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Optcap VI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 129 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
