Death Toll Rises on Optcap VI

Over 5,897 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Optcap VI. Forces of Raven08 and Byte have engaged the forces of Sniv in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 06/22/2014 at 08:25 has seen the loss of 15 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 459,990 homes have been destroyed and 478,642 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
