Decline in Combat on Quicma XVI

Hostilites on Quicma XVI have come to a decline as of 06/21/2014 at 14:09. The conflict has already claimed at least 115 lives and seen the loss of 105 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/21/2014 at 14:10 when battle elements of Clubbers engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Quicma XVI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 104 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
