Decline in Combat on Mennke III

Hostilites on Mennke III have come to a decline as of 06/14/2014 at 10:33. The conflict has already claimed at least 728 lives and seen the loss of 48 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/14/2014 at 10:34 when battle elements of Beorwulf engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Mennke III are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 46 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
