Decline in Combat on Optcap X

Hostilites on Optcap X have come to a decline as of 06/13/2014 at 22:34. The conflict has already claimed at least 2,137 lives and seen the loss of 37 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/13/2014 at 22:34 when battle elements of Expack3 engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Optcap X are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 35 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
