Decline in Combat on Optcap X

Hostilites on Optcap X have come to a decline as of 05/19/2014 at 13:33. The conflict has already claimed at least 3,087 lives and seen the loss of 87 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/19/2014 at 13:32 when battle elements of Raven08 engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Optcap X are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 86 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
