Decline in Combat on Zoacra XI

Hostilites on Zoacra XI have come to a decline as of 04/11/2014 at 09:48. The conflict has already claimed at least 21 lives and seen the loss of 7 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/11/2014 at 09:40 when battle elements of David1990 engaged the forces of Agatian. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Zoacra XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 5 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
