Decline in Combat on Epinne XIII

Hostilites on Epinne XIII have come to a decline as of 04/07/2014 at 10:32. The conflict has already claimed at least 592 lives and seen the loss of 97 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/07/2014 at 09:48 when battle elements of Deveroes and Raven08 engaged the forces of Sniv and Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Epinne XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 90 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
