Decline in Combat on Neolci I

Hostilites on Neolci I have come to a decline as of 04/04/2014 at 17:49. The conflict has already claimed at least 99 lives and seen the loss of 96 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/04/2014 at 17:37 when battle elements of Clubbers engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci I are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 95 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
