Decline in Combat on Lucepi IV

Hostilites on Lucepi IV have come to a decline as of 04/04/2014 at 17:47. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/04/2014 at 17:48 when battle elements of Blazde engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
