Hostilites on Cissse III have come to a decline as of 04/04/2014 at 17:45. The conflict has already claimed at least 72 lives and seen the loss of 69 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/04/2014 at 17:33 when battle elements of Fragged engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
