Decline in Combat on Zoacra XI

Hostilites on Zoacra XI have come to a decline as of 03/28/2014 at 10:08. The conflict has already claimed at least 172 lives and seen the loss of 39 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/28/2014 at 09:23 when battle elements of David1990 engaged the forces of Agatian. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Zoacra XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 16 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
