Decline in Combat on Perssi VII

Hostilites on Perssi VII have come to a decline as of 03/15/2014 at 15:48. The conflict has already claimed at least 9,025 lives and seen the loss of 365 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/15/2014 at 15:36 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi VII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
